Good morning, friends and family!  Since I started my new job, which isn't so new anymore because I started almost six months ago, I've met people who brighten up my mornings, and one of them is Mr. Mario. He's in charge of opening our office, closing it, and making sure everything inside works perfectly. It was his birthday yesterday, and we organized a delicious lunch to celebrate.  For lunch, we decided to make tacos, because Mr. Mario really likes them. Each of my colleagues brought an ingredient to make them at lunchtime. I was in charge of the pico de gallo and grated cheese. We chose ground beef and beans to make a delicious and exquisite filling.  When it was time to eat, we all set up a table with each of the ingredients so that everyone could serve themselves as they wished. The first to eat was Mr. Mario, and my hygienist Maye was in charge of putting his together since it was his birthday and we wanted him to feel very special on his day.   On the other hand, I put everything that was available on my tacos, and of course, I couldn't leave out the lemon as an extra touch to bring out the flavors. The beans were my favorite ingredient in the taco. I devoured three tacos in total because I was very hungry since we ate a little late.   At the end of the workday, we sang "Happy Birthday" and enjoyed a beautiful cake made by the girls at Dulce Pastel, located right next to the office. I must say that the dessert was filled with raisin cream and was delicious. I had never tried it before, so I was left wanting more. ¡Buenos días amigos y familia!
Desde que tengo mi nuevo trabajo, que ya no es tan nuevo porque empecé hace casi 6 meses, he conocido personas que alegran mis mañanas y una de ellas es el Sr. Mario, está encargado de abrir nuestro consultorio, cerrarlo y verificar que todo adentro del mismo funcione de excelente manera, estuvo de cumpleaños el día de ayer y organizamos un rico almuerzo para celebrar.
Para comer se nos ocurrió hacer tacos, porque al Sr. Mario le gustan mucho, cada una de mis compañeras llevó un ingrediente para armarlos a la hora del almuerzo, a mi cargo estuvo el pico de gallo y el queso rallado, elegimos carne molida y caraotas para que formarán parte de delicioso y exquisito relleno.
Al momento de comer, organizamos entre todas una mesa con cada uno de los ingredientes para que cada quien se fuera sirviendo a su gusto, el primero en comer fue el Sr. Mario, mi higienista Maye fue la encargada de armar el suyo ya que era el cumpleañero y queríamos que se sintiera muy especial en su día.
Por otra parte, a mis tacos le coloque todo lo que había disponible y por supuesto no podía faltar el limón como toque extra para resaltar los sabores, las caraotas fue mi ingrediente favorito del taco, devoré 3 tacos en total porque tenía mucho apetito ya que comimos un poco tarde.
Al final de la jornada laboral, cantamos el cumpleaños feliz, con un hermoso pastel que le hicieron las chicas de Dulce Pastel que queda justo al lado del consultorio, debo decirles que el relleno del postre era de crema de pasas y estaba riquísimo, nunca lo había probado así que quede con ganas de comer más.
Me gusta disfrutar la vida de quienes me rodean, espero que nunca terminen las celebraciones aunque aquí entre nosotros se vienen los cumpleaños de otras compañeras de trabajo, así que esto apenas empieza.
