Gratos saludos tengan todos mis queridos amigos viajeros de todas partes del mundo en este Sábado quiero mostrarles mi grata experiencia visitando por primera vez la llanura Venezolana, específicamente en el estado Portuguesa.
Warm greetings to all my dear fellow travelers from around the world. This Saturday, I want to share with you my wonderful experience visiting the Venezuelan plains for the first time, specifically in the state of Portuguesa.
Recientemente tuve el gusto de visitar el hermoso estado de portuguesa que es uno de los estados que forma parte de los Llanos de Venezuela, es conocido por ser la capital espiritual y el granjero de nuestro país de nuestro país así como también, por su máxima producción de caña de azúcar, arroz, ajonjolí, maíz y la innumerables crias de ganado, justamente si venes de Barquisimiento pasas el peaje de Santa Lucia que te da la bienvenida a este gran lugar, justamente es un lugar que su capital esta en Guanare, pero que la mayoría de su gente habita en Acarigua-Araure, te ofrece unos paisajes enmarcados con el verde del césped ya que la humedad que posee este estado es impresionante, llueve en muchas oportunidades, por eso posee muchos arboles y ríos.
I recently had the pleasure of visiting the beautiful state of Portuguesa, one of the states that forms part of the Venezuelan plains. It is known for being the spiritual capital and breadbasket of our country, as well as for its maximum production of sugar cane, rice, sesame, corn, and countless livestock. If you come from Barquisimeto, you pass the Santa Lucia toll booth that welcomes you to this great place. Its capital is in Guanare, but most of its people live in Acarigua-Araure. It offers landscapes framed by green grass, as the humidity in this state is impressive. It rains often, which is why it has many rivers.
Aproximadamente después de una hora de este viaje pudimos llegar a la ciudad de Guanare que es la capital de dicha localidad, llegamos a la plaza Bolívar para visitar la linda catedral de Nuestra Señora de Coromoto, me sorprendí que en existen bastantes casas coloniales que conservan cierta esencia antigua, como enormes ventanales, puertas en altura de madera, así como también techo de teja, un pueblo bastante pintoresco lleno de mucho color, la plaza Bolívar también es bastante bonita, tiene muchos árboles y esta se encuentra muy bien cuidada, las personas son muy cordiales, pero lo que afecta de cierta manera es la humedad que es bastante fuerte.
After about an hour of traveling, we arrived in the city of Guanare, which is the capital of that region. We went to Bolívar Square to visit the beautiful Cathedral of Our Lady of Coromoto. I was surprised to see that there are quite a few colonial houses that retain a certain old-world charm, such as huge windows, tall wooden doors, and tiled roofs. It is a very picturesque town full of color. Bolívar Square is also quite beautiful, with many trees, and it is very well maintained. The people are very friendly, but what affects you in a certain way is the humidity, which is quite strong.
Luego llegamos a nuestra casa de retiro justamente, en frente de el parque la aparición donde apareció la Virgen de Guadalupe por primera vez en Guanare era un privilegio estar enfrente de este parque, pude observar que la carretera son totalmente empedradas, por donde pasa, transcurre el tráfico y las casas se siguen observando totalmente coloniales, pintorescas las personas son bastante cordiales, existe bastante comercio a lo largo de la localidad ventas de artesanías, víveres en general, así como pequeños centros ,comerciales donde las personas pueden realizar su compra es un pueblo pero este es bastante poblado.
Then we arrived at our retreat house, right in front of the park where the Virgin of Guadalupe first appeared in Guanare. It was a privilege to be in front of this park. I could see that the roads are completely paved, with traffic passing by, and the houses are still completely colonial and picturesque. The people are quite friendly, There is a lot of commerce throughout the town, with sales of handicrafts, groceries in general, as well as small shopping centers where people can do their shopping. It is a town, but it is quite populated.
También podemos encontrar un bulevard que este tiene la imagen de Nuestra Señora de Coromoto en otra advocación podemos verla de una manera diferente, debido a que la virgen siempre está sentada el gran punto interesante de esta localidad de Guanare es que es un estado muy bien cuidado, las personas conservan toda todo en excelentes condiciones así como también el clima lo favorece me quedé fascinada completamente de este nuevo lugar.
We can also find a boulevard that has the image of Our Lady of Coromoto in another invocation. We can see her in a different way, because the Virgin is always seated. The great point of interest in this town of Guanare is that it is a very well-kept state. The people keep everything in excellent condition, and the climate also favors it. I was completely fascinated by this new place.
