Bayek and Claridas, once called Sennefer, were boyhood friends and competitors in Siwa. Claridas is now a champion racer in the Hippodrome, was delighted to see Bayek and asks him to come drink with to catch up.
I had to ride 850 m to get to Claridas, who was drinking with some of his friends at the requisitioned tavern where Bayek caught up and started drinking with them over a cool conversation.
Claridas mentioned Siwa as poor and ugly and also mentioned that only Aya was the beauty there. Bayek left the table saying he needed another drink and he was walking somewhere with his head spinning.
When Bayek was enjoying another drink alone, this man named Nikias came over to say they need a mighty racer. Nikias heard Bayek once rode together with Claridas and that's why he came over to Bayek but Bayek said he was only there to drink and forget.
Suddenly Claridas joined them and asked Nikias to leave Bayek alone mentioning only real men were drinking there that night. Then Claridas asked Bayek to follow him as he'd show something inspiring.
I started following Claridas out of the tavern and I noticed the whole gaming window was a little tilted. It was no glitch, it was to give me a drank vibe as my character Bayek was actually drank at that time.
After walking for a moment, Claridas stopped and started talking nonsense. Bayek got angry hearing Claridas saying Aya would've been his if he'd stay at Siwa. The conversation lead them into a drunken fist fight where obviously I was winning.
But the fight suddenly stopped and it looked like they spent quite some times to hangover and when they got up from the sleep, they were laughing over the things they've been doing.
Then Bayek challenged Claridas for a race, that we may try soon. And the mission ended when I was not ready to say goodbye.
Then I tried another mission and was riding to Sais to meet the informant Harkuf, to learn about one of my targets, The Scarab.
Apollodorus suggested Bayek to track down a member of the Order of Ancients in Sais.
To use shortcut, I rode into a new region that was dangerous for me so I left it fast and rode to Sais where I found Harkuf who didn't want to talk about The Scarab in the open so I had to follow him to his home.
After reaching home, Harkuf started talking about The Scarab and he hinted Bayek about the tales of mutilations, disappearances and folk buried in the desert and left to die.
I was shown The Scarab burying someone in the desert while Harkuf was telling the tales.
