The Scarab Falls, Cleopatra Rises || AC Origins.

 Bayek faces Taharqa in the grey room, ending the Scarab's reign as his grieving family watches. Meanwhile, Layla syncs into Aya's memories, where she sails across the Aegean, sinking enemy ships and delivering Cleopatra's gift to Pompey. Securing his alliance marks a turning point in Egypt's struggle for power.   After looting around, I went to confirm Taharqa's dead and I was grabbed into the grey room along with him where I watched him climbing some stairs.  Sometimes Taharqa was on the stairs, sometimes on some pillars and sometimes he was trying to squeeze Bayek with something heavy like he got super powers when he was dying.   Taharqa was talking as if his path was the correct one, and he warned that he was but one in the Order of Ancients. The devil drown inf front of Bayek as our hero bid him goodbye.   There came the family of Taharqa when Bayek came out of the Grey room and the family found their man lying dead there.   Kawab, the kid was attacking Bayek saying he'll cut him down like Bayek did to his father. The wife was crying but the father in law understood. Bayek suggested the mother to raise her boy into the light, out of the blood and shadows of his father's legacy.  After that, I heard Deanna telling Layla that Aya's DNA has finished sequencing and Layla could sync with the memories. Then I was taken to Aegean Coast at 48 BCE.   There was a Greek soldier playing a weird chess with someone named Phoxidas and some other Greek soldiers were there to cheer them up. Phoxidas won the game, and the opponent left in agony.   Then this man named Damastes was carrying a gold crown and asked Phoxidas why they were delivering as they could retire to Lesbos with this amount of gold. Then Aya came over, shot the crown out of the hand of Damastes and warned if the chest doesn't make it to Pompey, the ship won't either.   Then we had to sail to the Aegean Coast and I had to command the sailors as Aya. We saw some enemy ships on our way and we had to sink them. I was commanding everyone and they were attacking on my commands only.   After sinking the Ptolomy fleet, there came more of them and we took care of them as well. When we were going to meet Pompey the Great, in the Aegean Coast, we found more enemy ships attacking the one we were there to defend so we defended.   Then Aya went to meet Pompey that surprised him as there was Civil War in Egypt but a mercenary trireme went to his aid.   Pompey came forward to ask who they were and after introducing herself, Aya greeted Pompey from Queen Cleopatra.   Aya showed what Cleopatra gifted Pompey and then Pompey was asking it that's that what friendship means to her queen. Then Aya convinced him saying an alliance with Cleopatra is a union of true power. She wants more than an ally, she seeks a king.   Pompey was convinced at last that it was a valuable friendship and said his fleet will be ready for Egypt soon. --- I'll show more of my photographic journey of the games soon, so stay tuned to my blog if you liked them.
