There are many things I would love to bring that very day , that I would love everyone to taste and eat from ,also drink from.
The first is the zobo which we call it in Nigeria here , it is a healthy purple hibiscus flower (Dired) you boil it , blend your ginger, and add the two together , you pure the water in a container after which you must have removed the hibiscus flower and ginger in a sif , the add your sugar or diates for taste , it is best serves when it is cold ,as it nourishes the body.
It helps in many ways by burning fat, removing infections et
c but not really good for pregnant women .
Another which I would love to bring is the Kunu , it is a drink that help the body , this is like a supplement that makes someone add weight but it is in a drink format. As it is very good to take it in the evening to sleep well and eat well.
There are many foods and drinks my country is blessed with and they're very healthy and helps boost the lifespan of the individual, because some of the foods and drinks we take nowadays causes cancer, short lifespan, and inadequate sleep and digestion. .
Now the Oha Soup , it is my favorite Soup, there is only one way to prepare it I stand to be corrected but when served with either pounded yam or semovita , it takes one's sports to the next realm ,the aroma is something special, most especially when they're many assorted in the soup like meats, fish, snails, stock fish . Am sorry to my Vegetarians but they are missing on this Soup.
That is what I want to bring on the day of our celebration to show culture values and diverseness..
