Writing has undoubtedly become one of my favorite passions, but the satisfaction is greater and reaches its peak when I have to put together a new presentation, a new workshop, or a new conference.
As always happens in these cases, almost unexpectedly, I was notified that I had been invited to give a lecture to celebrate another year of Engineer's Day in Venezuela. It is a great honor to be part of this commemoration.
Tomorrow, Monday, October 27, I will be at the Santiago Mariño Polytechnic University Institute, Maturín extension, giving an interesting and exciting lecture, which I have titled: The Social Algorithm: The Secret Code of the Successful Engineer.
It is a master class that seeks to awaken in future engineers the need to know and value all the codes that govern social skills. In these times, with an economy like ours and a difficult work environment, we are reminded that technical skills alone are not enough to succeed. Soft skills are increasingly recognized. What good is it to be a genius if you don't know how to communicate with your colleagues?
After long hours of work, I am enthusiastically finishing this presentation. Tomorrow, it will be presented to an audience as qualified and demanding as the future engineers of our region. Although I must say that the social algorithm applies to all people, since human beings are gregarious by nature.

Fin de semana de diseño y construcción de Máster class
Indudablemente que la escritura se ha convertido en una de mis pasiones más favoritas; pero la satisfacción es mayor y alcanza su punto más alto de emoción cuando me toca construir una nueva presentación, un nuevo taller, una nueva conferencia.
Como siempre sucede en estos casos, de manera casi que sobrevenida, fui notificado que se me invitaba a dictar una conferencia con motivo de celebrarse un año más del día del ingeniero en Venezuela. Es un gran honor ser parte de esta conmemoración.
Mañana, lunes 27 de octubre estaré en el Instituto Universitario Politécnico Santiago Mariño, extensión Maturín dictando una interesante y apasionante conferencia, la cual he titulado: El Algoritmo Social: El código secreto del Ingeniero Exitoso.
Es una Master Class que busca despertar en los futuros ingenieros la necesidad de conocer y valorar todos los códigos que rigen la habilidad social. En estos tiempos, con una economía como la nuestra, con un entorno laboral difícil nos recuerda que no solamente la habilidad técnica es requerida para triunfar. Las habilidades blandas son cada vez más reconocidas. De que te sirve ser un genio y no saber comunicarte con tus colegas.
Luego de largas horas de trabajo, estoy cerrando con mucho entusiasmo esta presentación. La cual mañana, sera presentada ante un público tan calificado y exigente como los futuros ingenieros de nuestra región. Aunque debo decir que el Algoritmo social se aplica a todas las personas, ya que el ser humano es un ser gregario por naturaleza.
