Saludos amigos de hive,Hoy no vine al gym solo a entrenar mi cuerpo. Vine a recordarme que soy capaz. Capaz de sostenerme cuando el cansancio pesa. Capaz de elegirme, incluso cuando la mente quiere rendirse. Entre cada repetición, hay una historia que se transforma. Cada gota de sudor es una afirmación: Estoy aquí, estoy viva, estoy creciendo. No vine a compararme. Vine a conectarme. Con mi ritmo. Con mi fuerza. Con mi propósito. Porque este cuerpo no es un molde. Es un templo. Y cada movimiento es un ritual que honra mi camino. Hoy celebro lo que soy, no lo que falta. Me miro al espejo y no busco perfección. Busco presencia. Y ahí estoy: firme, imperfecta, poderosa. ---
