Saludos amigos de hive,Hoy no fue solo un día de entrenamiento. Fue un ritual.
Entré al gym como quien cruza el umbral de su propio poder. Las luces, el contraste entre el azul y el negro, el orden de cada espacio… todo me recordó que este lugar no es solo físico, es emocional.
Me puse los audífonos, respiré profundo. Primer set: fuerza. Segundo: resistencia. Tercero: decisión.
Cada repetición fue una conversación con mi cuerpo.
Cada gota de sudor, una afirmación: “Estoy aquí. Estoy presente. Estoy creciendo.”
Vi a otras mujeres entrenando, concentradas, determinadas. Y pensé: esto no es solo un gimnasio.
Es un espacio donde nos reconstruimos, donde dejamos atrás el juicio y abrazamos la autenticidad.
Donde el espejo no mide belleza, sino coraje.
Al final, me senté un momento. Cerré los ojos.
No para descansar, sino para agradecer.
Porque este día, como cada uno que elijo mostrarme tal como soy, fue un acto de amor propio.

I put on my headphones and breathed deeply. First set: strength. Second: endurance. Third: determination.
Each rep was a conversation with my body.
Every drop of sweat, an affirmation: "I am here. I am present. I am growing."
I saw other women training, focused, determined. And I thought: this isn't just a gym.
It's a space where we rebuild ourselves, where we leave judgment behind and embrace authenticity.
Where the mirror doesn't measure beauty, but courage.
Finally, I sat down for a moment. I closed my eyes.
Not to rest, but to be grateful.
Because this day, like every one where I choose to show myself as I am, was an act of self-love.
