Saludos amigos de hive,No fue solo sudar, levantar peso o seguir una rutina. Fue compartir energía, mirarnos con complicidad entre repeticiones, y sentir que el cuerpo responde cuando hay compañía que te impulsa. Llegamos temprano, con esa mezcla de sueño y emoción. Mientras calentábamos, ya estábamos riéndonos, hablando de la vida, de lo que nos mueve. Cada ejercicio se volvió más que físico: era una afirmación. “Sí puedo. Sí estoy aquí. Sí estoy construyendo algo.” Nos retamos con cariño. “Dale, una más.” “Tú puedes.” Y entre risas, también hubo silencio. Ese tipo de silencio que solo se da cuando ambas están presentes, concentradas, conectadas. Al final, nos sentamos en el suelo, respirando profundo. No dijimos mucho, pero sabíamos que algo se había movido dentro. No solo músculos, también emociones. Fue un entrenamiento, sí. Pero también fue un ritual de amistad, de fuerza compartida, de gratitud. Me fui con el cuerpo cansado y el alma encendida. ---

It was sharing energy, looking at each other with complicity between repetitions, and feeling how your body responds when there's company pushing you. We arrived early, with that mix of sleepiness and excitement. As we warmed up, we were already laughing, talking about life, about what moves us. Each exercise became more than physical: it was an affirmation. "Yes, I can. Yes, I'm here. Yes, I'm building something." We affectionately challenged each other. "Go on, one more." "You can do it." And between the laughs, there was also silence. That kind of silence that only happens when both are present, focused, connected. In the end, we sat on the floor, breathing deeply. We didn't say much, but we knew something had moved inside. Not just muscles, but also emotions. It was a workout, yes. But it was also a ritual of friendship, of shared strength, of gratitude. I left with my body tired and my soul fired up. ---
