Caminé sin apuros. Me detuve frente a vitrinas, no por lo que mostraban, sino por cómo me hacían sentir. Probé una blusa que no estaba en mi lista, pero sí en mi energía. Me miré al espejo con curiosidad, no con juicio. Me sonreí. Me gustó. No por cómo me veía, sino por cómo me reconocí.
En el mercado, elegí frutas con calma. Toqué cada una como quien elige lo que va a nutrir su cuerpo y su proceso. Pensé en mis rituales, en mis comidas conscientes, en lo que estoy construyendo desde adentro. Cada compra fue una afirmación silenciosa: merezco cuidarme, merezco elegir con amor.
Volví a casa con bolsas, sí. Pero también con una sensación de ligereza. Como si ese paseo me hubiera recordado que lo cotidiano también puede ser sagrado. Que incluso en lo simple, hay belleza. Y que cada elección, por pequeña que parezca, puede ser una forma de decirme: estoy aquí, estoy presente, estoy creciendo.

At the market, I chose fruits calmly. I touched each one like someone choosing what will nourish their body and their process. I thought about my rituals, my mindful meals, what I'm building from within. Each purchase was a silent affirmation: I deserve to take care of myself, I deserve to choose with love.
I returned home with bags, yes. But also with a feeling of lightness. As if that walk had reminded me that the everyday can also be sacred. That even in the simple, there is beauty. And that every choice, no matter how small, can be a way of telling myself: I am here, I am present, I am growing.
