Awoke from a good rest at Backman Island. After coffee and some sustenance we were soon under sail for the return trip to Chester. We had to work for it today with the wind fighting us head on for most of the passage.
The day had me fairly played out with all the tacking in the passage back. Pierre still had energy to spare so headed in to town for a beer. He made it back shortly before me hitting the bunk.

Had a nice rest in until about 9:00. Headed to shore for a wash up and then motored out through yet more races still underway over the weekend. When about half way out of the bay we raised the canvas and had one of the most perfect sails anyone could wish for.

We made Lunenburg exactly as the sun was setting. Dropped the hook and pigged out on Chili Dogs.
