It had been on my mind to dock at Zwicker's Wharf for a couple of nights. To get off da ball, the mooring ball that is, for a bit.
Zwickers was full and stayed that way all weekend. The weekend that, unbeknown to me, was still underway when making the climb to the top of the town to plug in for a little laptop time at the town library thismorning. My unintentional use of an euphemism for that activity seems funny with it being done off the boat.
Total transparency : Jonesing for LOTRO.
It came to me when halfway through the climb that most libraries around the world would be closed on Mondays. The sure thing aspect of it was over my head, not knowing this was a province wide Natal Day official holiday.
Gotta say the Gals at Subway were cool and their humor clear in their wifi password choice.
Exchanged some Whatsapp texts with The Admiral. After his dentist appointment on the 5th he would have time available for an east coast tour.
My suggestion was that we could explore Mahone Bay and try to snag a nice Anchorage in the inner harbour of Chester for Race Week.
Made arrangements to dock at Zwickers starting tomorrow where hopefully we shall receive The Admiral on the 6th or 7th.
Feeling somewhat caught up.
