We were very inspired when we heard that “The Chinese” – we figured they were talking about the government, set out five year plans. We decided to do the same. We called it Noxsoma Life Camp and we started it in Singapore in 2017. I remember the day and I have it recorded. We extended it to a Seven year plan for reasons we continuously explain throughout the series. Today, Mind & the Trinity began laying out the next seven year plan. We will use the remainder of this Session to set up a stronger 3.0 session.
Meanwhile, we must get back on track in the two-point-oh. We had some unexpected blessings that seem to be more temporary than we had envisioned and we fell into the flux. It’s only Year Two of 2.0. What we’ve learned and decided by falling off a little bit, is to humble Ego even further and be honest with the vessel and our fitness techniques, goals and strategies. No gym, maybe until March. More slow strength work with the body. Less workout videos for the public. We will simply evaluate our progress and share some dis-coveries we think might be beneficial.
This series will continue because it’s our number one commitment. That’s what this episode is about, besides the art, the Q-challenge and good vibes.
