Good Moonday Lunatics. How was your Day? If there’s anything worse than returning to standard time, it’s that first day back to work after falling back. But wait. There’s one thing worse.
“What’s that Nox?”
It’s when you’re a shift worker on the graveyard tour and you go into work on the Saturday that the time changes. You are there for 9 hours. Get paid for 8. Plus, because you work a sliding shift, you are off when the clocks spring forward and you have one less hour off the job!
This is why life sucks! Just kidding. One hour here or there over many decades isn’t going to disrupt your destiny. In fact – don’t tell – you could usually get away with a lil snooze on the graveyard shift. Ha ha.
Schedule Interruption
We are going to take the next two or three days off, friends. We must relocate and that means taking down the tech and resetting it up when we move. We do not post these blogs from the mobile device. There’s a segment coming up in the show that explains all that.

Status quo this morning. Up a 5 AM, exercises and biceps curls – 100 - - AND … triceps extensions on the floor. “Wake up boys,” I’m sayin’ as the tries start achin’ under the weight of 8 lb dumbbells. Twists, squats, reaching, flailing … I mean … controlled flailing of the arms to loosen up those shoulder joints.
We are still snap, crackle and poppin’ all up in the neck zone. I have this image in mind. It’s a semi-calcified area in that area where stress lives – where the neck connects with the traps and shoulders. It’s hardened from lack of movement and lack of nutrients that come with blood flow. Everyday – when I rotate my head, shrug my shoulders and raise my head up and down and from side to side, and hear those snaps and crunches – I picture little cracks forming in the calcification. It’s like plaster chipping off of a wall. Behind that plastered wall are pipes let’s say – blood vessels and micro muscles (those muscles smaller than the major vanity muscles) that are being freed up from all the years of adequate, but less than optimal mobility through that area. Not to mention the “stress” that had found a home there.
We are in great condition (self assessment) – but as we always say, “you can always add another zero after the one.” What we noticed watching these gymnastics kids on the toobs and in real life is that our flex can be better. Then when we started flexin’ we were hearing the crackling. No pain. Just noise. That’s around the time we changed the image. When we were younger we thought those sounds was stuff breaking – like doing damage. We did some research. Now we have the image shared above.

This showed up on Social Media. I’m just going to drop it in here as kind of a time stamp. If the aliens come down, be they friend or foe – this is where we started our coverage. I’m not chasing after this stuff, but if it come across the wire – why not?
It’s official, NASA has confirmed the real shape of 3I ATLAS, and the discovery has shocked astronomers around the world. The mysterious interstellar visitor, once thought to be just another comet, has revealed an entirely different and unexpected structure in the latest high-resolution image captured by the Hubble Space Telescope.
According to NASA scientists, 3I ATLAS appears to have an elongated, almost ship-like form surrounded by a glowing cocoon of dust. The new data confirms that this object is not just active but also unlike any comet ever observed. When Hubble captured it in July 2025, 3I ATLAS was more than 277 million miles from Earth, yet its activity was so strong that it resembled a living engine in deep space.
The object’s tail now stretches far beyond early estimates, streaming with volatile materials reacting to sunlight. Astronomers say the comet’s core could measure between 320 metres and 5.6 kilometres, making it a truly massive interstellar traveller. The discovery marks 3I ATLAS as only the third confirmed interstellar object to pass through our Solar System, following the mysterious ‘Oumuamua and 2I Borisov.
What’s even more fascinating is the speculation surrounding its shape. Some researchers describe it as “unusually symmetrical,” while others suggest the structure could have been reshaped by intense solar radiation, or possibly something even stranger. As theories flood online, people are calling it “the real alien mothership of 2025.”
NASA continues to study 3I ATLAS closely, hoping to uncover its origin and chemical secrets before it disappears into the cosmic dark once again. Whatever it truly is, one thing is clear, 3I ATLAS has rewritten what we thought we knew about interstellar visitors.

This is exactly why - - in my opinion of course - - the haughty Europeans can’t handle him. They demur in his presence. They call him “Daddy.” [Mark Rutte, NATO Secretary will never live that down.] LAUGH OUT LOUD!! They acquiesce to his ransom demands to raise their military budgets by over 100% of what they were.

The contrast of Ursula & Euro-squad lined up around Trump’s desk, against Trump’s meet-up with Vlad in Anchorage and the way he (Trump) got bitch-slapped (by Xi) in South Korea is hilarious!

Pundits have been predicting World War 3 since the end of World War 2. But here’s the catch my friends. World War 2 didn’t end in 1945. It went cold. There was a pause. The record was flipped over. Korea happened. Vietnam happened. The world was still at war. “Everybody” was watching the US & the USSR. Everything was filtered through that and no one - - or very few – were watching the colonial carpet unravel. No one was paying attention to how China was emerging from its Century of Humiliation.
