¿Qué pasaría si cambiáramos el ruido de la ciudad por el canto de los pájaros y la paz de la naturaleza?
Nací y he vivido toda mi vida en un ambiente urbano, pero pasé una parte de mi juventud visitando a mi abuela paterna y tías en San Carlos, estado Cojedes. Allí, en un entorno más rural, transcurría la mayor parte del tiempo rodeado de naturaleza y sumergido en el río.
Una vez adulto, la cotidianidad de la ciudad me absorbió: el ruido, el tráfico, el estrés. Ahora, en este punto de mi vida, pienso seriamente en cultivar una rutina más tranquila, distanciado del caos citadino, donde pueda limpiar el aire del alma.
Este fin de semana fui invitado a "Vida Verde", un proyecto impulsado por Carmen Victoria e Iván Montti, quienes buscan crear un refugio ecológico basado en la construcción de una casa que esté alineada con la arquitectura sustentable, usando materiales reciclables y del entorno. Para financiar esta iniciativa, hacen uso de la tecnología blockchain y la web3.
No se limitaron a crear su hogar verde, sino que también utilizan los espacios para compartir con una comunidad de arte, música, danza e imparten talleres.
Para mí fue gratificante haber pasado un día diferente fuera de la ciudad y compartir con otras personas; me sentí muy identificado con ellos y su proyecto.

What if we exchanged the city noise for the song of the birds and the peace of nature?
I was born and have lived my entire life in an urban environment, but I spent a part of my youth visiting my paternal grandmother and aunts in San Carlos, Cojedes state. There, in a more rural setting, I spent most of my time surrounded by nature and immersed in the river.
Once I became an adult, the city's daily life absorbed me: the noise, the traffic, the stress. Now, at this point in my life, I am seriously thinking about cultivating a quieter routine, distanced from the city chaos, where I can cleanse the air of my soul.
This weekend, I was invited to "Vida Verde" (Green Life), a project driven by Carmen Victoria and Iván Montti, who seek to create an ecological refuge based on the construction of a house aligned with sustainable architecture, using recyclable and local materials.
To finance this initiative, they use blockchain technology and web3. They did not limit themselves to creating their green home; they also use the spaces to share with a community of art, music, and dance, and they run workshops.
For me, it was rewarding to have spent a different day outside the city and share with other people; I felt very identified with them and their project.
