People watch movies for various reasons, some for fun, some to while away time, and some to learn a particular thing in the movie. Back when I was much younger, there was this popular and scary movie that we used to watch, and our parents would use that movie to advise us.
The title of the movie is "END OF THE WICKED." I know some of us are familiar with this movie where children were often initiated into witchcraft by being given puff puff, then at night another person would come and be shouting puff puff. It was truly a scary movie, because the truth is, after watching that movie you would not be able to pass through the dark corners of the house alone at night. You would feel that something was hanging around, looking at you, ahahaha.
But on the other hand, this movie educated people like us back then, because our parents would always use it as advice, telling us, "as you are going to school, do not collect anything from anybody to eat, because if you do and you are initiated into the witchcraft coven, you will never stay in this house again." This alone was a serious warning, and no matter how hungry I was in school that day, I never collected anything from anybody to eat.
That particular advice and the memory of that movie affected my life in such a way that even when I grew up and entered higher institution, I could not eat any food offered by anybody, even in church. It became so obvious until I realized it was too much, then I adjusted and started minding what I eat and who I eat with. Because aside from the witchcraft aspect, the world is full of evil and one can easily be poisoned, so we all need to be careful.
The movie "End of the Wicked" was a great lesson to us back then, though I do not know if parents still give their children such advice today.
