People live in the world as if it is their permanent home, at times we visit places, go back, and our impact is not felt, we are just living for the sake of living. But the big question is, when you are no more in this space, when you are gone, what will you be remembered for?
Personally, I want to be remembered for my spirit and love for humanity, I want to be remembered for my kindness, I want to be remembered as someone who was there for the less privileged, I want to be remembered as someone who stood up for people who could not stand for themselves, I want to be remembered as a voice to the voiceless, I want to be remembered as someone who loved supporting young learners in rural areas.
I believe we are all living to be our brother's keeper, God blesses us at times to be a blessing to others, you might not need to be a millionaire before you can touch people's lives. That is why we say in Rotary that if you can afford three square meals a day and have the love or heart to give out just one to the person who cannot afford any, then you are fit to be a Rotarian or a Rotaractor.
Someone might ask what I have done so far to make sure I am remembered for good, I am a lover of humanitarian services, that is why I joined the Rotary Club to also contribute my little quota to help those in need. Rotary is a well-known international service non-governmental organisation, in Rotary we give our time, talent, and treasure to help render service to those in need.

Over the years, I have also come up with an idea to support learners in rural areas with learning materials annually, and for the past five years, I have been doing that with friends who also understand and love rendering service to humanity. We visit schools in rural areas, give pep talks to the kids, share exercise books, pens, pencils, and learning charts with them, at times we visit motherless and destitute homes. All these are just to contribute our little quota to help others.
You can also do the same from your own end, in the medical sector, the agricultural sector, the education sector, you can always render a worthwhile service to those in need, and these little acts will make you be remembered for good.
For me, I will keep doing my little best to leave a positive footprint to the sands of my time, so help me God.
