The morning hour is a very important part of the day, and sometimes the way you start your day can influence how the rest of it goes. That is why it is necessary to plan how you begin your day, especially as a student.
Back then, before stepping out of my room in the morning, I always devoted my early hours to going through my books and studying a little, because that is usually the time when my brain is calm. Sometimes, I use that period to handle serious assignments, especially if they involve calculations. Before or after that, I usually do a little meditation, as I don’t really like a noisy morning.
I remember one day back in school when I was struggling with a particular topic in physics. I tried all I could to understand it, but nothing worked. I even met some friends to explain it to me, but despite their efforts, I still couldn’t grasp it. Personally, I am not a fan of night classes. If I want to do any serious reading, I prefer to stay in my house and study either late at night or very early in the morning. But that particular topic pushed me to attend night class, and even then, I was not satisfied with what I learned from others.
As the test for that course drew closer, I decided to wake up early one morning around 4:30am to study. I picked up that topic and read it intensively, then moved to the calculation aspect, and it was like magic when I began to understand it easily. After that morning study, I was not only able to comprehend the topic but could also explain it to others. That was how I finally mastered it. Since then, I have never joked with my early morning hours. Even now, I still follow the same pattern whenever I want to study, and it works perfectly for me.
