Sometimes we underestimate the power of natural foods, such as walnut and tiger nut.
I remember one hot afternoon when I returned from school feeling so exhausted. I needed something that could revive my energy, and immediately my friend recommended tiger nut. I got some, blended them, and added a little water. After filtering it, I drank it, and in less than an hour I was feeling much better. Since then, I have never underestimated the power of natural foods, especially nuts.
