Students face a lot of stressful tasks on a daily basis, and this alone makes it difficult for them to read, especially during exams. Some students read but still find it difficult to understand what they have gone through. To be honest, reading is a stressful task and it can be very draining. That is why, if you read for a long time, you will begin to feel hungry and even tired. Reading takes energy, concentration, and focus, and this makes it one of the most demanding activities for students. So if I were to invent an app or a tool for students, I would look into the aspect of reading because it is central to academic success. I would introduce something called Reader.

The Reader will work in such a way that whenever you want to read, you simply turn it on and place it beside the book, and it will immediately start reading aloud for you and even explain what it is reading. You will have the option to tell it to start reading all over again and break down the meaning of the passage. It will also have the function to summarize what is being read and highlight possible exam points to focus on. Beyond that, the tool will also have an interactive function that you can press and it will ask you questions based on what you have read. After testing you, it will assess your performance, give you a score, and instruct you on the points you need to revise and pay more attention to.

Introducing this tool to students will go a long way in making the reading task much simpler and more engaging. It will not only make studying fun, but it will also help students retain more information. The funny part is that some students may still sleep off even while the tool is reading aloud for them 🤣🤣, but for those who are serious and mean business, the tool will definitely be of great help.
