---  Steamed Cauliflower Tofu is a combination of cauliflower and tofu then mixed with several other ingredients and steamed in a mold. It is then cut and also fried crispy on the outside. Cauliflower is the only vegetable that when processed into anything is really very tasty. Ingredients Used

---  100 grams cauliflower 100 grams white tofu 1 egg 4 large shrimp 2 cloves garlic 2 cloves shallots 1 tablespoon cornstarch ¼ teaspoon stock powder ¼ teaspoon salt --- --- ---

Cooking Procedure

Who would have thought that the combination of all these ingredients could create such an authentic flavor. I think this is a new taste for me, but it was very well received by my tongue, savory, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. --- |||| |-|-|-| --- I served it with mayonnaise and sauce and added a lot of chili powder, yeah this is because the taste of the dough is not spicy so I wanted to make it taste better when enjoyed by adding chili.
