Ingredients Used
--- --- * 250 ml liquid milk * 2 tablespoons tea * 2 tablespoons sugar --- --- For liquid milk, use any brand of full cream liquid milk. We recommend using non-vegan full cream milk for better results. For tea, I recommend that you use tea like I use, don't use bagged powdered tea. --- --- ---Preparation Procedure
--- **Put the tea in a pot, then add sugar.** --- | | | | |-|-|-| --- **Then cook until it caramelizes like I did above. Don't forget to stir at this stage and use low heat to avoid burning.** --- | | | | |-|-|-| --- **Once everything is dissolved and the caramel starts to get pretty, add the full cream milk. Then cook until it comes to a boil.** --- | | | | |-|-|-| --- **Finally, once it's slightly warm, strain the Thai tea so that the pulp doesn't get carried over into the drink.** --- | | | | |-|-|-| --- --- ---Result
--- --- Serving thai tea in a serving glass, I added ice cubes to the glass and poured my thai tea. It was so nice that the thai tea was served perfectly. And no doubt at all the thai tea was very tasty, creamy and very fatty. Almost similar to the original thai tea I tried first but I noticed their thai tea is more orange maybe the caramel from them is cooked even thicker. Of course, the flame must be very small for maximum results. ---
