Fried Misoa Nuggets
--- --- Fried misoa nuggets are a processed vegan snack. The original recipe is actually non-vegan, containing meat or eggs. But this time, we're going to change things up and make them into practical and easy-to-prepare vegan misoa nuggets. As we know, misoa is actually a type of noodle that is very similar to vermicelli or rice noodles. However, misoa has a softer and chewier texture than other types of noodles, making it perfect for frying. --- --- ---Ingredients

Result
--- --- The result exceeded my expectations. It was exactly like what I usually enjoy at the cafe I used to visit. The misoa was just right. It's funny that I used to think misoa was made from Indomie, but it turns out that misoa is actually a type of noodle. I'm sure this one tastes better. The combination of noodles and seasoning is just right, and the addition of fanir makes it even more crispy and delicious. --- | | | | |-|-|-| --- I think this is a fried snack that would also be delicious served as a side dish with rice. Yeah, in Indonesia, rice is the staple food, so I think misoa will become a frozen food option at home. When I need a quick, ready-to-eat meal in the morning, this will be a very practical solution. --- --- ---
