Dragon fruit has always been a must-have ingredient in my kitchen, making any dish from it look absolutely beautiful and certainly increasing appetite.
--- --- --- This time I will invite you to re-prepare preparations from dragon fruit, as I said in the previous post, dragon fruit is indeed falling in price now. So I buy it very often, because I really like it. Now the dragon fruit itself must be good at choosing the old one when buying it so that the fruit is sweet and ripe. If previously I processed dragon fruit with a combination of cassava, this time I will process dragon fruit into delicious muffins at home. --- --- ---Dragon Fruit Muffins
---  --- Dragon fruit muffins are processed muffins from dragon fruit with a combination of other ingredients. Actually the original recipe uses ripe bananas as a complement, but because I don't have them so I don't add them. Well this recipe I made in muffin cups that are quite large so I only got 3 large cups of muffins. But if you want to get more, you can adjust your mold, or add the ingredients.  --- --- ---Ingredients Used
---  --- **150 grams flour 150 grams dragon fruit flesh 30 grams margarine 60 ml oil 90 grams sugar 1 egg 10 grams milk powder ¼ teaspoon baking powder ¼ teaspoon vanilla powder ¼ teaspoon baking soda To taste chocoship for topping** --- --- ---Cooking Procedure
--- **Sift the milk powder, baking powder and baking soda into one container and set aside.** ---

**Then beat the eggs and salt until dissolved no more sugar.**

**Then add the dry mixture that has been sieved earlier, stir until evenly mixed.**

**I prepared dragon fruit, and mashed it with a fork, then added it to the dough.**

**Then add the melted margarine, stir until well mixed, don't forget to add cooking oil too.**

**If the dough is ready, add it to the muffin cup container halfway and don't forget the topping. Bake until cooked for about 60 minutes with a temperature of 180 degrees Celsius.**

---  --- Dragon fruit muffins are ready to be served, look at the color is very beautiful but not as bright as I imagine the color is more to a soft pink that seems soft not bright like the original color. Well my muffin sensiri fluffy although not perfectly fluffy but has made the muffin soft not hard at all. --- |  |  |  | |-|-|-| --- It's so nice to be able to process muffins from this simple ingredient, the color is beautiful, very suitable to be prepared during certain celebrations as cute cupcakes.  --- --- ---  --- ---
