Cut the tomatoes into small pieces and then chop the garlic.

Then add tomatoes and garlic to another container add palm sugar and salt don't forget to add tamarind, remove the seeds.

Then chopper both until half smooth and not too rough.

---  --- Tara!!! My Thai corn salad is finished, I have never had a corn salad from that country before. I think this salad is a bit more sour than the salads I often enjoy before. It's great to be able to make corn salad that I used to enjoy simply with mayonnaise now I enjoy a healthier version with natural ingredients. Especially the tomato which makes it very delicious. ---

I was skeptical about the taste at first, but once it was finished it was amazing, the combination of carrot corn with a touch of fresh tomato seasoning made it a new blend of flavors for me. It was a perfect combination, but my husband said to add a little more sugar for a more delicious result. I listened to him adding a little more sugar uhh it was very fresh indeed.

If already in the chopper mix all the ingredients in one container then serve on a serving plate.
