Making balado chili sauce
--- The balado chili sauce made is a typical chili sauce from dendeng with a spicy taste without using tomatoes. Here are the preparations. **Step 1** --- Blend all the spices until smooth with a little water.

Serving Suggestions
---  Serve the beef jerky by stirring in the balado or just adding it on top like I did. The taste is very similar to the original, very suitable to be enjoyed with warm white rice. The crunchy taste of meat combined with the spicy chili sauce is enough to make me want to add rice when enjoying it.  This is the first time I have made this balado jerky. I think it tastes very good, it tastes very similar to real jerky which is usually prepared with real meat. It feels really good to be able to prepare this vegan jerky that is similar to the original.
