Family is said to be a group of people who are related by blood,adoption or marriage. Family here are being expanded even to adopted ones. As for me, family has been one of the best part of my life, family is extended to relatives even if we don't stay together with them. It also includes my grandparents and my close friends too just like family friends.
While growing up,I discovered out that family is what I can't do without them in my lives both morally, spiritually, socially and other wise. In my family, my parent takes full accountability of all their children and unfortunately I was one part of them. My mum will always tell us a folktales which we enjoy every night,and my dad will always buys us gifts even when we didn't ask for it from the little he gets.
My family was such a amazing family because my mom doesn't do the cooking alone, infact my dad loves doing it for her just to ease her stress and make the family happy.
At some point, we started enjoying my dad's well prepared delicacy that we will always want him to be the one cooking everyday.
My daddy so much love my mum and he always tries to impress her and make her happy because he loves whenever she smiles, even when my mom is at fault she always wants my dad to say sorry first😁🤣, this brought more unity to the family. One thing that keeps a family going is when we know each other's vulnerable point and know how to follow it, another one is love, because we were so addicted to each other like twins.
Family is the best iteration of me because they means a lot to me and I can not do without them.They keep me company and sustained me when I need them,I share my challenges with them,we help each other both financially, socially, mentally and other wise.Am a good emissary of my family.
Family helps to wage problems,they help each other when crisis arrives.
In my family,my dad is the head of the family and for that reason he doesn't miss having prayer with his family before he go to work in the morning and when he comes back in the night, he always provide for us materially with the little he can such us feeling money, clothing, shelter,electricity bills, school fees etc, he doesn't take the advantage of his headship to intimidate my mom or me or even my siblings. In my family too,my mum is the second head,she also has so many responsibilities like cooking for the family, engaging in house chores, supporting my dad's decision, caring for the children, supporting the husband in bringing funds home. Even when dad lost his job,she took us. What a sweet mom I have. I can't heart her less💞
We the children also have so many responsibilities such as we obey our parent instructions,we run errands for our parents ,we engage in some little house chores,we support our parents.
Family has a close bond with each member,we help each other relieve stress.
Around the world today, I have seen people who miss this sweet family relationship,they live with friends, neighbor, colleagues etc and studies have shown that they are not enjoying it, family is the best place to stay.
I have great joy when I attend occasions with my family, attend meetings with them and do almost everything with them.
My family gives me real peace of mind,no wonder they said there is no place like home. I suffered deeply well when I got admission in the university, going there alone without my family was indeed a dark moment for me, when I was there,I tried to cope with friends but it was wasn't as sweet as my family. I had lonely nights without my mum's folktales,my dad's joke and delicacies.Then I will always be praying for weekends to reach so as I will go see my family, almost all weekends I travel home and on Sunday evening I will be coming back to school with a little satisfaction of spending time with my family.
