Vegan Recipe: Dhakaiya Bel Puri ๐

Hello Hive ๐ฅฐ Warm winter greetings from Bangladesh. How are you all ? Hopefully all are enjoying this winter season. Today I just come back again with a exceptional recipe. This is Traditional Dhakaiya Bel Puri Recipe ๐ I can eat many of this food quite happily and never feel unsatisfied. It is very easy to prepare and it is very tempting dish for girls.
I can guarantee that any girl who makes this will want to eat it again and again. Especially when a tamarind sour is added to it, it becomes a very tasty dish. Let's start the recipe.

Necessary Ingredients

- Beans - 500 gm
- Flour - 2 cups
- Black cumin - 1 spoon
- Soyabean oil
- Magic spices (Special spices mixture) - 1 pack
- Salt
- Sugar - 2 spoons
- Tamarind - 50 gm
- Cucumber - 100 gm
- Carrot - 100 gm
- Tomato - 100 gm
- Coriander leaves - 50 gm
- Chili - 4- 5 pieces
- Onion chop - Half cup

Cooking process

At the beginning of cooking, I soaked the dry beans in a bowl for 6-7 hours. After that I boiled it for 30 minutes with a pot of water and salt. After that I took the boiled Beans in a bowl.

Now let's make the dough to make the puri, First I poured the flour in a bowl. Then add salt and black cumin.

Add water and little oil at this stage. After kneading with hands, I made dough.

Now I took small rounds of doe. Now we made small loaves of bread with a bread maker. Then took them in a tray.

Now put some oil in a fry pan. When the oil is hot, I fried those Puries. Then I took them in a sieve.

Now I will make tamarind sour and sweet pickle. First take tamarind in a bowl and add little water. Now rub the tamarind with hand and remove the seeds. Then I added little sugar.

In this step we will make the filling for our puri. First I took a bowl of boiled beans. Then one by one I added grated carrot, chopped onion, chopped coriander leaves and mixed it well with magic masala. Adding this mixture to our puri will make the taste of bel puri.

To serve bel puri first we made a small hole in the center of the puri with my hand. In this step I served one by one with puri mix, carrot chuchi, cucumber chuchi, and sauce. Finally I served the dish with tamarind Sour.
