OCD's support is expanding!

Hello everyone! This is the 2107th compilation post of OCD's latest curation efforts. It has been known that OCD has been supporting leading niche communities under its Community Incubation Program. However, there are still a lot of other niche communities not supported by OCD. This curation initiative will help in supporting those communities.

This newest curation effort aims to encourage authors to post in appropriate communities even if those communities are not under the incubation program. This will also encourage users to explore more into the different communities in Hive.

OCD curators and community leaders will find posts from other niche communities and recommend them for an upvote. Unlike those communities in the incubation program where curation is focused, this curation initiative is spread out. This will help find undervalued posts from smaller communities that deserve support.

This will highlight both the author and the community where the post is located. This way, smaller niche communities can focus on growing their subscribers and increasing the engagements within their respective communities. A small boost goes a long way.

She felt the lump in her throat again, the weight in her chest, and the trembling in her hands, the same feeling that had overwhelmed her in her room when she stuffed the contents of her drawers into black bags, feeling like she was losing a part of her past, a part she hoped she wouldn't forget. She remembered her mother's words: "You don't need any of this to remember. Look how worn those old notebooks are; material things don't last forever." She tried, once again, to let those words comfort her.

A few days ago I was reading a lot of things about analog photography and chemical processing and among those things which I read, the term "Cross-Processing" caught my attention, since it basically involved developing photographic films using chemical reagents other than those recommended for them, resulting in photographic development results with unexpected contrasts and colorations, things which apparently delighted photographers willing to experiment and take their creativity beyond the conventional. So, full of curiosity, I ended up investigating how to do something similar to "cross-processing" but starting from a digital photograph and processing it with Photoshop or another similar software... And boy, did I get some very interesting techniques to do this!... Please, go ahead and see these photos with which I experimented with this technique, I'm sure you'll like seeing them...

It is ideal for a light dinner or as a starter for lunch. Of course, you can leave it more liquid or quite thick, as in my case, where it almost looks like a purée. With that consistency, it is also ideal for serving to children as a pap and encouraging them to eat vegetables.

After a long weekend, which I had, I decided to return to where I came from this morning. I had an event in another state that my friend invited me to, and I couldn't say no to him because he deserves it. Then I had to travel from Abeokuta to Ibadan in a 2-hour drive, but this morning, after traveling far, I decided to return home to start a new week, and it was very early, as at 6:30 am I had been at the bus stop to board a bus taking me back to Abeokuta. This video started from the car park, where we had to wait for the bus to get filled by humans, and then it continued till when the bus was full; then we proceeded on the journey.

Hello everyone friends, how great it is to be here in another musical Monday starting the week in style, well on this occasion I would like to share with everyone my progress on the piano since 4 months ago I decided to resume this great instrument and despite the difficulties little by little I am overcoming myself.

So we took advantage of the fact that we were spending a few days with the family in Caracas, and my wife, already six months pregnant, and I decided it was time to go to the movies. We knew that after the birth of our second child, it would be more difficult to find someone to stay with both children so we could go out and have fun.

Throughout the years, ever since I started this musical adventure, I've felt the need and the pleasure (and sometimes the whim) to buy musical instruments. Even family and friends have criticized this habit a lot, saying, "Why do you need more instruments?" Well, I've certainly been on a quest to find instruments with better sound, because the guitar is my main work tool.

Perhaps they are seeing themselves as portrayed in the initial approach. And in that sense, as a microentrepreneur, they will have much more to say than I do on the matter. I would love to read your experiences in the comments, and thus nourish ourselves in the difficult aspects of successful entrepreneurship! For myself, I only acted as a financier in a couple of failed microbusinesses, relying on the skill and ability of others. You'll ask me, Where did you fail? In many ways, but perhaps the most important was overestimating the capabilities of others, ignoring the reality of potential customers, not knowing the market niche, and lacking a sales strategy.

Today I’d like to share a bit of my daily routine with you. Since it’s my day off, I woke up really early this morning and couldn’t fall back asleep 😅. So, I decided to go exercise 🏋️‍♀️. Luckily, my condo has a gym, so I went there to refresh myself and relieve some stress ✨.

The enhancement of my identity is achieved through knowledge. Either by consuming interesting publications that are made here or by seeking out that knowledge. This publication is a case in point!
