The OffChain Luxembourg a.s.b.l. Board held its latest meeting on May 19, 2025, via Google Meet.
The session was focused on project updates, alignment, and next steps — no formal decisions or votes were planned.

Purpose of the Meeting: This meeting was convened to provide the board with an overall update on the current status of key projects and initiatives. No formal decisions were scheduled to be taken. The purpose was to ensure alignment, share progress, and identify next steps.
The President and the Vice President opened the discussions and presented the agenda :
1. Financial Updates Presented by: Christina
Overview: Christina walked the board through the progress achieved so far and the remaining tasks related to financial statements.
The app Odoo is currently being used to support financial documentation.
Special thanks were extended to Imad for his critical work retrieving and formatting data into a more usable Excel format.
The timesheet format has also been improved compared to the past, with better streamlining and usability.
A data extraction system from the Blockchain was introduced and is already significantly helping to populate Odoo.
It was noted that many processes remain manual (timesheets, subscription payments, etc.), but future automation is planned and expected.
The board acknowledged the ongoing effort and the importance of the work being carried out.
2. Partnerships Update
Overview: Partnership with Jerome Bloch / Stripes: A strategic collaboration was introduced:
Launch of a new Stripes Community Token.
Live wallet installations and token distribution during an upcoming Stripes event in June.
OCLT tokens to be distributed to Stripes members and contributors.
Exclusive VIP events every 3–4 months hosted by Stripes for token holders above a certain threshold.
The board agreed that this initiative, executed by OffChain, will deliver strong marketing visibility, especially given Jerome Bloch’s large reach. A simple post mentioning the collaboration would already be highly beneficial.
Other Potential Partnerships: Discussion around partnerships in the restaurant and hospitality sector.
Gruppetto Caffè (and affiliated restaurant Roma) mentioned as a key potential partner for crypto payments.
The owner remains hesitant for now, but expectations are optimistic given the anticipated bull run and OffChain’s ongoing educational mission in the sector.
3. Plaza.lu Updates
Overview: The domain Plaza.LU has been secured.
Branding work by Iulian has been completed.
Julian was assigned to lead the next phase of development.
Current priorities:
Raise €1,000,000 in funding.
Build the MVP.
Release the website.
Fundraising was highlighted as the key bottleneck, with no definitive strategies identified yet. Further brainstorming will be continued in future workshops.
4. OffChain.lu Website
Overview: A new version of the OffChain Luxembourg website is nearly complete. Thanks to Jack for his excellent work.

Remaining tasks:
Minor testing of the payment functionalities.
Awaiting response from Pablo to finalize domain deployment.
Some members still need to upload full bios for publication.
Screenshot of the new site was shown to the board.
It was also discussed that a dedicated website for the INNOPAY stream is in development, aimed at simplifying the onboarding of both users and merchants into the crypto payment system.

5. Letz OffChain Summer Adjustment
Proposal:
Due to summer seasonality and lower attendance, it was unanimously agreed to reduce Letz OffChain events to once every two weeks.
The decision reflects people's holiday schedules, outdoor activities, and general shift in routines during the summer.
6. Bitcoin Pizza Day – 22 May 2025 Venue: AL21 Restaurant Time: 19:00
Event updates were shared:
Payments will be accepted in HBD and Bitcoin on site.
Over 40 guests already registered via EventBrite and Luma.
Collaboration with PizzaDAO secured – Free pizza for all guests.
The board discussed expected attendance and event costs, along with brief organizational arrangements.
7. Future Governance Discussion
It was noted that in the coming period, a new General Assembly will be proposed.
The goal is to restructure the board, ensuring it reflects the members most engaged and active across ongoing projects.
Closing Remarks The meeting concluded with general questions and acknowledgments.
