2025 was not all good, but we thank God.

## Hello, everyone. I welcome you to my blog. Shouting "Happy New Year" and ushering in the year 2025 still feels like yesterday, but it's funny how we have about a hundred days or so, and we will be waving the year 2025 goodbye as we usher in another new year. At the start of the year we had a list of goals we planned to achieve in the new year. Some people were able to work towards achieving their every goal and got exactly what they wanted; some kept procrastinating; some worked towards theirs, and things did not work out like planned, but in all we cannot call the year a completely bad one, as we had to experience both good and bad days.  One thing about life is that you get to experience both the good and bad; you cannot have just good days all your life. There will be bad days, and the moment you register that in your mind, you will not feel so bad when the bad days come knocking. We all enjoy and love the good days and wish the bad days never comes around, but they are impossible to avoid; the only thing is to hope and pray when they come around they don't stick around for too long. When the bad days stick around for too long, that is when it becomes really disastrous. So far so good, in the year 2025 I have had my good and bad days, the days when I smiled and was celebrated and the days when I had to struggle to see that I achieved the things I wanted. I had so many goals I planned to achieve in the year 2025, both on Hive and offline, and I am grateful for the few I have been able to achieve so far. After my national diploma, I pursued a degree that started years ago; at some point it felt like achieving that was impossible. There were ups and downs, there were challenges, and the Nigerian educational system made the journey even longer, but thanks to God, that journey finally came to an end in the year 2025.  A degree hotter in 2025, it might look like nothing to some who have more than just that, but it is everything to me, a stepping stone to do more and pursue better things. The year started off on a bad note as my finances were ruined as a result of a bad trade I took, and I had lots and lots of bills piled up waiting to be cleared. I even feared I might not be able to graduate with my mates because I did not see any light at the end of the tunnel, but somehow the things turned around, and today I can say that the year is closing off on a good note with some of my goals achieved and some still pending, but I hope we can still achieve them all. _{ALL IMAGES USED ARE MINE.}
