## Hello, everyone.
I welcome you to my blog. One thing I have learned over the years is that you cannot grow in your comfort zone; growth requires that you leave your comfort zone and move to a place with little or no comfort at all, and that is how you grow. In your comfort zone you will not see the need to do better; you will think you are okay where you are, but the moment you leave your comfort zone and are in an area where you have little or no comfort, you will be forced to do better. You will want to improve because we all like comfort, and the only way to get it is if we work for it. One time I bought a course from Udemy. I feel lazy studying the course in my room, but if I go to a cafe, I find myself studying like my life depends on it; comfort causes lack of motivation.

Everyone who is successful today at some point had to leave their comfort zone. In your comfort zone you feel lazy; when you are comfortable and have everything provided for you or a shield covering you, you will never know what life is all about. Until you are out of those coverings and you start to scrape all by yourself and on your own, and there you get to understand the real essence of life. To attain success and become who you are or want to be, you have to first step out of your comfort zone.
Comfort, no doubt, is a good thing; we all want it, but no matter how comfortable you are, don't get too comfortable there, as there is actually more you can achieve, but when you get too comfortable, you tend to become stagnant as you lose the motivation to work and move to the next level. Comfort causes one not to challenge themselves to do better or level up, so for growth to take place, I think comfort needs to be eliminated or moderated.

I believe growth starts when you leave your comfort zone. At home I had all my needs provided for me by my parents, and I did not have to move a muscle to get things done for myself, as my parents got it all covered. As much as it was fun and enjoyable and the type of life a lot of people want, it hinders your growth, and if I did not leave home and continued to enjoy everything done for me, then I would not have had the motivation to learn the few things I have learned so I will be able to provide for myself.
Embracing Growth.
