## Hello, everyone.
I welcome you to my blog. I have come to realize that one thing we would have to deal with all our lives is the constant pressure and stress that comes with being alive; for as long as you are alive, you will have to deal with life pressures from time to time, and sometimes it does not even give a break or allow you to catch your breath before another one comes knocking. They say life is no bed of roses, and even though I doubted that saying as a kid who had everything provided for him, now as an adult taking care of my bills myself, I can tell you for free that saying is nothing but the truth. For as long as you live, you will have to deal with the ups and downs of life.

If only there was an easy way out where we didn't get to deal with the ups and downs that come with life, then many of us would have chosen the easy way out to save ourselves the stress and the feeling that comes with having to suffer and deal with the ups and downs of life. Life pressures are one of the things that we are certain about in life; we just know for sure those times will come—those times where you feel like this is the end for you, those times where you don't see a way out, those times where you feel like giving up but for the fact that you are not where you want to be, you struggle and keep your head afloat, and somehow you find a way out of the situation.
We all have seen that life pressures never stop coming and have been forced to come up with coping mechanisms, and coping mechanisms for stress and anxiety vary from one individual to another; what works for one might not work for the other, but all that matters is that it is helping us cope and helping us navigate through the stress without breaking down. My coping mechanisms include:
**Understand Life:** Understanding life is a very difficult thing to do, as life moves like a wave, making it quite difficult to understand, so understanding life in this context is knowing and accepting that from time to time there will be life pressures; when you know that when they come, you will not let them get to you or break your spirit.
**Rest:** Know when to take a break and give your body the rest it needs. When you rest, your energy rejuvenates, and you come back stronger. Stressing and wanting to see that the pressure you are under goes away in a day, knowing fully well or deep within you that it is impossible, will only do your body more harm than good, so know when to rest and take a break; give yourself a break, as life pressures won't do that for you.

**Open Up:** We cannot do life alone; we need a few people around us to not cry so we can do life together. When you have these few people around you, you can open up, talk to them, and tell them how you feel, for sometimes talking alone helps to ease the burden even if help won't come from doing so. Just do it to free your heart a bit.
Navigating life pressures.
