## Hello, everyone. I welcome you to my blog and another wonderful edition of the Hive Learners featured post. One thing I have come to realize with humans is that it is hard to satisfy us; when they said humans are insatiable, it was no lie. It is only humans that cut their hair and then go ahead to purchase human hair for outrageous and shocking amounts; it is only humans that remove their eyebrows and then use eye pencils or eyeliners to draw a new one. Humans always want more, and when they get the more they wanted, they end up wanting even more. ![](https://images.ecency.com/DQmRd8zQwd7xPssnCCdMiwCmkJWZ97o9fKDBuobQyVmxj46/1755260604408.jpg) [Source](https://unsplash.com/photos/man-in-green-long-sleeve-shirt-sitting-beside-man-in-white-long-sleeve-shirt-YSbvqo9YLHA) Sometimes I try to wonder how our maker and creator feels, seeing how much we want to modify and adjust his creation. How much we strive with each passing day to add extras to the original creation of God is really a cause for alarm. This modification and adjustment is even mostly common in women; they want to modify everything on their body from their head to their toes, and if allowed, they will leave nothing untouched, and even after the modification and adjustment, they still won't be satisfied, as with any given opportunity, they will make even more adjustments and more modifications. Trust me, if the option to modify the brain by adding chips to it is presented before a lot of people, they will pick it and go for it without even thinking twice or thinking about how it will affect them in the long run. As much as body modification and adjustment give the satisfaction our human minds want and are after, there is always a negative effect in the long run; sometimes even the process of body modification and adjustment can be injurious to the health, and it can also lead to death. The fact that body modification and adjustment can be a cause of death still does not stop people from attempting to do exactly that, which proves how insatiable human beings are; despite the risk involved, they are willing to take the risk. So will you accept that a chip should be added to help me improve my memory? Help me remember things properly and for a longer period of time; my answer to this proposal is definitely no. The human mind can forget, but what I have come to realize is that as long as something is important and it has been registered in your mind to be very important, you are definitely going to remember it and not forget it, so what is the importance of adding a chip to help improve your memory? You are human and not a robot; you will definitely forget a few things unless they are registered in your mind to be of great importance. A chip in your brain actually alters how you function as a human being, and that is a no for me. A chip in your brain can help improve your memory, but how about your general health? Does it improve your general health too or cause it to deteriorate? Will you risk your general health only to improve your memory? ![](https://images.ecency.com/DQmWM6jipYwQzeLsgeqK9X6hcBb8tSDmRdqNRJteDq8icEC/1755260604498.jpg) [Source](https://unsplash.com/photos/a-close-up-of-a-human-brain-on-a-white-background-iW_n3MqVVtU) For me, as long as having a good memory is good, it is not worth risking your life for it. With a chip in your brain, I feel like you cease being a human being, and it is really not something I will support. I don't even think there is reason enough to go that far and have people playing around your head and brain.
