We Do Better As A Group: No Man Is An Island.

## Hello, everyone. I welcome you to my blog. Humans are not meant to be alone, even from the beginning. When you read through the Bible, you see that Adam was alone at first, and then God sent Eve to serve as a support system. Though she spoiled things for Adam, the creator himself sending Eve to Adam to serve as a support system as well as help to keep him company is proof that we humans cannot do it all alone. We were never meant to be alone from the beginning, and we all have been experiencing cases and situations that prove that we cannot survive completely alone as the only person on earth. ![](https://images.ecency.com/DQmedADuMNs59ic6PHQRkQaGoBR2HCYxu5XwEwXbLKLhvjw/1759225934645.jpg) [Source](https://unsplash.com/photos/person-lying-forward-on-gray-field-0-Er5DircKY) No matter how introverted you are, no matter how much you crave peace and quiet, no matter how much you hate the noise and chaos that comes with having people around, there are times when you wish you could experience those noises, there are times when you feel the need to talk to somebody or just be in the company of people, and there are times when you just crave the drama that comes with having humans around, so picture a scenario where you are the only human on earth and then these feelings come knocking. What happens? Funny how when these feelings come knocking, they come so bad that you want to satisfy them just so you will feel better. I have always heard my father say, "No man is an island," whenever I tell him I like to spend most of my time alone, and it is no lie; you cannot do it alone, you need people. No doubt humans can be dramatic and chaotic, but that is exactly what makes them human. Picture a world where there are no humans to make it lively. We have all seen a zombie movie where humans are a scarce commodity and those who are alive struggle to survive or movies where there are just two people or a few persons; we even find it boring to watch and give bad reviews. Humans make the world and everything in it interesting. So will I survive knowing that I am the only human alive walking the face of the earth? Yes, I will survive for a few months or maybe a year before I eventually die of loneliness and boredom, not having anyone to talk to when the need arises or anyone to share my pains with or even seek advice from. No matter how introverted you are, being the only one on the face of the earth is definitely going to be one traumatic experience seeing the things you used to know turn into something else. No matter how much you enjoy your own company, from time to time you need the company of others. ![](https://images.ecency.com/DQmSbgRAHpQzFHbCc89SE44jsNUBbh5kHkGMRb1RD26Dhe5/1759225934603.jpg) [Source](https://unsplash.com/photos/man-sitting-on-bench-facing-the-body-of-water-during-day-OAHD2RKdoyw) Humans were never meant to be alone from the beginning. Just like I highlighted before using Adam and Eve as a case study, I doubt anyone will actually survive being the only one on earth for long.
