When the spirit is willing but the flesh is weak.

## Hello, everyone. I welcome you to my blog. One thing about life is that you have to keep navigating through the ups and downs that life throws at you, but sometimes you tend not to find the strength and the motivation to keep going; sometimes you wish life could give you a break just so you can have time to rejuvenate and get back to work, but it is never so. Life does not give you the break you need; you just have to keep going whether tired or filled with strength. ![](https://images.ecency.com/DQmYePj6yXCR9d9BdjTGKVBqh1Do6NwEoCmNd7ZPyc4b5JU/1758266567841.jpg) [Source](https://unsplash.com/photos/person-walking-in-the-center-of-the-road-ioyEITUD2G8) Sometimes it goes as far as feeling like in life when you solve one problem, you get 2 free, more like the problems of life are given out based on a bonanza because they keep coming. Sometimes you are still thinking about how to solve one, and then there are 2 more, like those in charge of the Bonanza ran out of patience waiting for you to solve the one you are working on, and they rushed to send in the 2 they were supposed to send after you were done, and all of that can be overwhelming and cause one to lose the motivation to keep going. Having a pile of bills and one problem or the other lying around and waiting for you to solve them as well as pay for them can cause one both mental and emotional stress, which in turn causes you to feel very low and have little or no motivation to keep trying to get all the problems solved and the bills paid, but whether you have the motivation to keep trying or not, those problems must be solved and those bills paid, and that leaves you no choice but to force yourself back up and give yourself the motivation you need to try again. The first thing I do when I need motivation is to take a break from everything, despite how chaotic that break can be because you know there are problems to solve and a pile of bills to pay, but when I take my break so I can come back strong, I try as much as I can to ensure I don't remind myself of all that is going on or happening around me. I just pay deaf ears and give a blind eye to everything, and that way my energy rejuvenates, and I am able to come back with some motivation to try and get things done. ![](https://images.ecency.com/DQmXPdtHX2TR4jRkTo85gNFQwM2MAWxspHNru1t4gV2mbxL/1758266567773.jpg) [Source](https://unsplash.com/photos/blue-work-harder-neon-signage-sm3Ub_IJKQg) Another thing to do is take a walk. A walk can be therapeutic; you get to see people and things that can help put a smile on your face, and when you return home or to your workspace, you will be able to do a thing or two. Also, hanging out with friends can be motivating; you guys laugh and cheer each other up, and that way you find something to hold onto.
