happy new month hivers!! we all know what it feels like to cash or feel cold mostly when you can't do anything about it so today I will be talking about recipes,the herbal preparation and it's efficacy.

*RECIPE fresh ginger, green onions stalk,pear,clove, caraway,tea and walnuts.

*HERBAL PREPARATION step 1 _ in a clean container mix fresh ginger, green onions stalk and pear _ boil in clean water for a few minutes and pour into a bowl and drink _ the patient should lie in bed all covered with heavy blanket to induce sweating step 2 _ wash the ingredients clean and boil briefly to extract the liquid _ mix the liquid with Lipton tea and dissolve brown sugar in the extract _ Take the mixture after meal step 3 if they is no means to boil the ingredients and the cold is still on it early state do this before and after meal. _ put clove of fresh garlic into the mouth and keep it there until it secret _ swallow the saliva if secreted (not the cloves) _ spit it out when it becomes tasteless and take another one, repeat 3 times for a curative effect.

*EFFICACY 1.stalks of green onions and ginger have a warm nature to expel pathogens which are responsible for cold and relieve exterior syndromes while pear can increase body fluid and clear heat in the lungs. 2.All the ingredients or recipes are good for the treatment of cold either in it early or later state due to attacks of wind heat pathogens.the ingredients also strengthen the spleen/stomach to expel cold. conclusively, with this simple steps or method u can treat cold wherever you find yourself and also prevent running nose, headache and cough that comes with the early stage of cold.
