One of the oldest sources who played and sang this folk song, the Bozlak type, which is among the Anatolian music genres, is Hacı TAŞAN. He sang the folk song by playing it with his own baglama. The master of Hacı TAŞAN is the great master Muharrem ERTAŞ, known as the father of Neşet ERTAŞ. In other words, the master-apprentice tradition still lives on at that time. Today, there are still regions and people who continue this tradition. Many different musical interpretations of this folk song have been played. Tüm #hiveopenmic topluluğuna selamlar. Umarım güzel bir hafta geçirmişsinizdir. Topluluğun bu haftaki teması “Moonshine”. Ben de bu haftanın temasına uygun olduğunu düşündüğüm için sizlerle geçtiğimiz aylarda başka bir müzik topluluğunda paylaştığım ailece çalmayı ve dinlemeyi sevdiğimiz bir müziği yani “Bugün Ayın Işığı” türküsünü paylaşmak istedim.
Anadolu müziği türlerinin arasında bulunan bozlak türü bu türküyü çalan ve söyleyen en eski kaynaklardan birisi Hacı TAŞAN’dır. Türküyü kendi bağlamasıyla çalarak söylemiştir. Hacı TAŞAN’ın ustası, Neşet ERTAŞ’ın babası olarak bilinen büyük üstad Muharrem ERTAŞ’dır. Yani o dönemlerde usta çırak geleneği hala yaşamaktadır. Günümüzde de bu geleneği devam ettiren bölgeler ve kişiler hala mevcuttur. Bu türkünün birçok farklı müzik yorumu çalınmıştır. Ben de sizler konuya çok uyumlu olduğunu düşündüğüm için tekrar çaldım.
