Hi hivers ,it been a long time hope you all are doing fine ? It been a long time i poated anything here on hive i miss doing that but thank God I’m finally back on posting .
My parent recently celebrated their 30th wedding anniversary , yes 30th wedding anniversary you heard me right thirty years of endurance ,love and companionship that is a very big thing to celebrate .
For me it wasn’t about the wedding anniversary but about celebrating good parenting and love . My parents have been so supportive whenever we find an interesting and nice skills we want to participate in I admire how much they show their support and love to their children and even to strangers.
A day before the celebration was my mums birthday and it was a double celebration although we didn’t do anything because the next day was the anniversary and we were all busy preparing for the occasion . We had the chefs who came to cook a day before the occasion it was really amazing to witness that day they was a lot of food and drinks to take . And yes the most amazing thing was Everyone in the family was putting on same attire I and my mum had our iro and buba while my dad and my brother had the agbada on it was so beautiful on us because of the color and how it speaks on our tradition . The event was a great experience even though I was so busy and really didn’t participate in the event as much as the guest did I spent most of my time making sure everyone had fun and got something to eat , one thing I dislike after an event is hearing that the guest didn’t see food to eat I normally see that at peoples event but I was trying to avoid that for my parents party .
It was really fun experiencing such big celebration it was also nice having family and friends around it made every moment count .
