La profundidad emocional que se refleja en este libro; sencillamente es impresionante, aquí notamos una trama que parece ser vivida de forma real. Veremos a Caleb y a Victoria viviendo un amor profundo, pero a la vez estarán inmersos en mucho dolor; un dolor que al parecer, ha quedado después de vivir muchas circunstancias adversas, lo que contrasta con el dicho que dice; después de la tormenta viene la calma, aquí desde mi punto de vista ha sucedido lo contrario; de verdad que ellos han sufrido mucho.
