I hope you are all doing well, my dear Humanitas community. It has been a long time since I last posted here, but not because I didn't want to, but because between my studies and daily chores, I have more time to prepare some posts than others.
Like the reviews, the posts dedicated to this community are more carefully crafted and thought out, as this is where I can explore my love for the social sciences, humanities, and, of course, contribute knowledge to you all.
On this occasion, I want to add to the daily activities that are published in the community for each day of the month. Looking through them, I came across today, August 14, which is "What is my historical character?" This question made me think long and hard, since historical characters are not mentioned in fiction or reality, so we increase or decrease the number of characters there, ha ha ha.
But I love it because another thing I like is history, and among so many people I have read about and researched who have been relevant historical figures for me, I realized that it is actually very difficult to choose just one. I would say several, ha ha ha, and that is precisely what we are going to develop in this post.
Of course, this is not a top 5 list or anything like that. I will just mention and explain those who are most relevant to me in terms of history and, of course, my favorites, so let's get started.

Moises
Before falling into a cognitive lag or debate, it is worth mentioning that one thing is the interpretation of the characters or stories in the Bible, with a religious and believing meaning, and another is from a historical perspective, which, although many of the accounts of these stories border on fiction, does not mean that they did not exist as such. That is the beauty of history and research: it is one thing that they existed and another how beliefs tell the story.
Although Moses is a biblical character, if we analyze his story, I am struck by the development he had to go through to become one of the most recognized characters, not only for his religious character but also for the history he marks, among the people of Israel or the people of Jacob at that time, and his transition to God's emissary with a mission.
Of course, we cannot provide evidence of the divine things that are said about him, but what we do have so far is that this character may have existed, and according to the cultural context of that time, he was born as a kind of liberator to a people oppressed by another. Of course, these characters are surrounded by a privileged lineage, which may or may not be true, but the fact is that, as it was customary to have the figure of God or a god accompanying these characters, it is not unreasonable to say that Moses did exist and that his fame is due to how people conceptualized things and narrated his story.

Julio Cesar
Moving forward in time, among those whom history has also left as famous figures, whose exploits precede them, and who also have a month named after them, is Julius Caesar. I find the story of Julius Caesar interesting, not only because of his ability and intelligence as a military strategist, but also because he was a protester against the discontent he felt with the upper echelons of politics.
Now, it is logical to think that Julius Caesar is the same as a dictator or the first Roman emperor, but that is not really what history tells us. Julius Caesar laid the foundations for forming an empire based on the idea and military power of the Romans, but the Roman Empire as such was born after his death, and ironically, the one who became emperor was one of his most beloved followers who avenged him.
Now, Julius Caesar, as a military man and politician, was not happy with the current political sphere of the country, but given the context in Rome at the time, he considered that negotiating with Congress was a waste of time. This led him to draw on his military experience to make it clear that power really lay in force and in those who exercised it, hence the popularization of the idea of taking power by force and ruling, leaving Congress as mere individuals who had not shed a single drop of blood for Rome.

Francisco de Miranda
Honoring the heroes of my country, among the historical figures who are undoubtedly my favorites and who, unfortunately, due to political issues and selfish interests, have been left in a position below many who did little for a free and independent Venezuela.
The incredible thing about Francisco de Miranda, apart from helping to create our national flag, is that he was an incredible person, ahead of his time. A scholar, military man, and politician, he had firsthand knowledge of the first world at that time in Europe and participated in the French Revolution, which, although not given much importance in school history, was a turning point in history. The French Revolution marked the end of a tyranny exercised by kings and churches, and the French laid the foundations for republics without kings and without indulgences to an ecclesiastical state.
And all of this was experienced firsthand by this figure, who, unfortunately, by trusting those who supposedly had the same intentions of liberating Venezuela from another tyranny of kings, demonstrated that their true intentions were to impose another tyranny disguised as an independent republic.
Francisco de Miranda sadly died without seeing any of his ideals fulfilled, imprisoned and betrayed. However, his history and relevance give him the position of the true conciliator of an independent America. Each South American country will act with its independence but with a familiarity unified by the continent, just like the current European Union.

¡Saludos comunidad de Hive!
Espero se encuentren muy bien mi apreciada comunidad de Humanitas, ya hace mucho tiempo que no publicaba por aquí, pero no por gusto, sino que entre las responsabilidades de los estudios y los quehaceres del día a día, me dan más tiempo tener unos post más preparados que otros.
Al igual que las reseñas, los post dedicados a esta comunidad, son más trabajados y pensados, ya que es donde puedo explotar mi amor por las ciencias sociales, humanidades y por supuesto, contribuir mutuamente con ustedes el conocimiento.
En esta oportunidad quiero sumar a la actividades diarias que en la comunidad están publicadas para cada día del mes. Revisando me topé que hoy 14 de agosto, toca ¿Cual es mi personaje histórico? Esta pregunta me hice dar muchas vueltas y pensar, ya que de personajes históricos no hace mención a ficción o realidad, que allí aumentamos el número de personajes o disminuimos jajaja
Pero me encanta porque otras de lo que me gusta es la historia, y entre tantas personas de las que he leído, investigado, que hayan sido personajes de la historia para mi relevantes, caí en cuenta que la verdad es muy difícil que tengo uno, yo diría que varios jajaja y es justamente lo que vamos a desarrollar en este post.
Por supuesto, no se trata de un top 5 ni nada, solo les mencionaré y explicaré para los que para mí son los más relevantes en cuestión de historia y por supuesto son mis favoritos, así que empecemos.

Moisés
Antes de caer en una laguna cognitiva o debate, cabe mencionar que una cosa es la interpretación de los personajes o historias de la Biblia, con un sentido religioso y creyente, y otra desde una perspectiva histórica, que si bien muchos de los relatos de estas historias rozan la ficción pero no quiere decir que en su, no haya existido como tal. Eso es lo hermoso de la historia y la investigaciones, una cosa es que haya existido y otra en como lo cuentan las creencias.
Moisés aunque es un personaje bíblico, si analizamos su historia, a mi me llama mucho la atención el desarrollo por el cual tuvo que pasar para convertirse en uno de los personajes más reconocidos no solo por su carácter religioso sino por la historia que marca, entre en aquel entonces pueblo de Israel o pueblo de Jacob, y su transición a emisario de Dios con una misión.
Por supuesto, no podemos dar evidencia de las cosas divinas de las que se hablan de él, pero lo que sí tenemos hasta ahora en que pudo haber existido este personaje, y de acuerdo al contexto cultural de aquel entonces, haya nacido como un especie de libertador ante un pueblo oprimido por otro. Claro está, de los personajes se embulle un linaje privilegiado, lo que puede ser cómo puede ser que no, lo cierto es que como era costumbre tener la figura de Dios o de un dios acompañando a estos personajes, no es descabellado decir que Moisés sí haya existido y su fama se debe como las personas conceptualizaban las cosas y narraron su historia.

Julio César
Yendo nos a una época más adelante, entre los cuales la historia también lo ha dejado como una figura famosa, de los cuales sus hazañas lo proceden, y además de tener un mes en su nombre, está Julio César. Para mi es interesante la historia de Julio César, no solo por su capacidad e inteligencia que podía tener como estratega militar, sino que a su vez fue un manifestante del descontento que tenía con las altas esferas políticas.
Ahora bien, es lógico pensar que Julio César es igual a un dictador o el primer emperador romano, pero realmente eso no es lo que la historia nos cuenta. Julio César sentó las bases para formar un imperio como la idea y el poder militar de los Romanos, más el imperio de Roma como tal nació después de su muerte e irónicamente quien se convirtió en emperador fue uno de sus hayegados más queridos quien lo vengo.
Ahora Julio César cómo militar y político, no estaba contento de la esfera política actual del país, sin embargo al contexto de que se le dio en el momento en Roma, consideraba que parlamentar con el congreso, era una pérdida de tiempo. Lo cual accionó a su experiencia militar de hacer entender que el poder realmente estaba en la fuerza y de quién la ejercía, de allí la atribución que popularizó el hecho de tomar el poder por la fuerza y mandar, quedando el congreso como simples personas que no habían manchado ni una gota de sangre por Roma.

Francisco de Miranda
Haciendo honor a los próceres de mi país, entre los personajes históricos que sin duda son mis favoritos y que la historia lamentablemente por cuestiones políticas y de interés egoístas, lo han dejado en una posición por debajo de muchos que poco hicieron por una Venezuela libre e independiente.
Lo increíble de Francisco de Miranda aparte de ayudar en la creación de nuestra bandera nacional, se caracteriza por el increíble complemento de persona, lista para su época. Estudioso, militar y político, conoció de primera mano el primer mundo en aquel entonces europeo y participó en la revolución Francesa, que si bien en la historia de las escuelas no le dan mucha importancia. La revolución Francesa marco un fin de una tiranía ejercida por la justificación de Reyes e Iglesias, y los franceses sentaron las bases para las repúblicas sin reyes y sin indulgencias a una estado eclesiástico.
Y todo eso, lo había vivido de primera mano, este personaje, que lamentablemente, por confiar en quienes supuestamente tenían la mismas intenciones de liberar a Venezuela de otra tiranía de Reyes, demostraron que sus verdaderas intenciones eran la de imponer otra tiranía disfrazada de una república independiente.
Francisco de Miranda lamentablemente murió sin poder ver ninguno de sus ideales cumplidos, preso y traicionado. Sin embargo su historia y relevancia, le dan el puesto del verdadero conciliador de una América independiente, en cada país sudamericano actuará con su independencia pero con una familiaridad unificada por el continente, tal cual lo que es la Unión Europea actual.

Bueno mis amigos y amigas, de Humanidades, está fue mi participación, por supuesto me estoy quedando corto con más personajes y hechos históricos que podría hablar de ellos, pero a mí parecer estos son los más principales.
