Con la frescura del ambiente, el cielo despejado y el suave sol de la mañana (ese que llega luego de una noche de tormenta eléctrica), mi familia y yo fuimos a nuestro acostumbrado momento de esparcimiento en la zona donde vivimos. Photo taken with my phone Cada uno a su ritmo realiza la actividad que más le place, bien sea caminar, observar, jugar voleibol, ejercicios con pesas o en el caso de mi pequeña bebé brincar en los charcos y apoderarse de la pelota.  Foto tomada con mi teléfono/ Photo taken with my phone Al estar ubicados en la cima de una montaña, tenemos el privilegio de contar con una maravillosa vista de nuestra ciudad capital y estamos rodeados de naturaleza en dónde se puede sentir el aire fresco y estar en contacto con la madre tierra sin salir de la zona en donde vivimos.  Estos breves momentos nos ayudan a fortalecer nuestro vínculo, dispersar la mente, llenarnos de energía, aporta salud a nuestro cuerpo y ayuda a aumentar la producción de serotonina así que pasamos el día todos felices, inventándonos una excusa para celebrar.

With the freshness of the atmosphere, the clear sky and the soft morning sun (the kind that comes after a night of electrical storm), my family and I went to our usual time of recreation in the area where we live.
