Trust is a delicate entity, easily broken and challenging to mend. When a breach of trust occurs, it can be difficult to determine whether the relationship can be salvaged.
Can trust ever truly be rebuilt, or do we simply learn to live with the cracks? Yes trust can be rebuild just that it requires effort and commitment from all parties involved. It involves acknowledging the hurt or betrayal, taking responsibility, and working towards healing. This process can be lengthy and difficult , but it's possible to develop a new form of trust. However, the relationship will likely never be the same, and the scars of the breach may remain.
Some times i may choose to rebuild trust, while some times may decide it's best to move on. Ultimately, the decision depends on the person am dealing with and their unique circumstances. In some cases, the breach of trust may be too severe, and forgiveness may not be possible.
Learning to live with the cracks can be a viable option. This doesn't mean the hurt or betrayal is forgotten or condoned, but I wiil rather chooses to focus on the present and future rather than dwelling on the past. By accepting the imperfections and limitations of the person i can find ways to cope and move forward.
In my own perspective rebuilding trust is a complex and ongoing process. While it's possible to make progress and develop a new form of trust, but the relationship will likely never be the same again. I can easily and truly forgive but to forget I can't for life.
So Therefore whether to rebuild or move on is a personal decision, dependent on the individuals and their circumstances. By acknowledging the complexity of trust and relationships, we can work towards healing and growth .My own opinion tho. @temmylade@chatsunny
