Well, this time I'm back to share a new story with you all. In this case, I've chosen card R616 Becky. As you'll see in the story, she's much more than just a drummer. Don't worry, I won't spoil it for you. That said, it's time to get going. Fasten your seatbelts. Let's begin.

Friends, Becky was a great drummer in her prime. She played for various rock and jazz singers. She also played for some of the divas of pop. She has an impeccable career. But at the height of her career, she realized that her true passion wasn't simply playing drums. Despite her success, she felt dissatisfied. She didn't yet fully understand what she wanted, but she knew it wasn't playing for others. After thinking, meditating, and thinking again, she finally figured out what she truly loved. It took her more than half her career to realize that it was what she wanted.

Nothing more and nothing less than being a drum instructor. She always felt that teaching others the art of playing was more appealing to her than simply playing in front of a group of people. That's why she decided to leave her active career in music to dedicate herself to teaching. Of course, she faced opposition, because some said she would throw away her career to earn a pittance when she could have earned much more. But when what moves you is stronger than what others say matters. She left music in her public life.

Given her strong track record, it wasn't difficult for her to partner with some local musicians and form a low-cost music teaching academy. The goal was to teach anyone who wanted to, regardless of age or where they came from. The price would be low so more people could enroll. In the city where the class space was built, there were many people who wanted to study music, and they sent her letters of support for what she was doing. Becky wasn't going to earn much from this job, but that's not important when you want to live a simple life doing only what you love, period.

Well, over the next few years, this small school grew into something much larger. They had to rent and buy several adjacent buildings to create more classrooms for music classes. Many new employees were hired, including guitar, saxophone, flute, and other instructors. Practically a large portion of the instruments were covered. Becky taught the drum lessons. Becky's motto is that no one is too old or too young to learn, and if they can't teach, they change their name. So far, everyone who has passed through her classroom has learned; no one has left without knowing how to play.

A while ago, a very special student arrived. He was an elderly man in his 70s. This man was very special to Becky because it was the first time someone so old had come to learn. So, she took this as the challenge she'd been waiting for. In her first interview with Mr. Antonio, he revealed that due to work and the hustle and bustle of life, he had never been able to learn, but that it was a dream he'd always wanted to pursue. He told Becky that he hoped it wasn't too late to try. Becky was very happy because he had confessed everything to her. She told him not to worry, that if she couldn't teach him, she would change her name. She would do everything she could for him. And not to think negatively; it's never too late as long as we're here.

She worked hard with him, but Antonio was a real challenge. In the following days, she realized that because of his age, it was very difficult for him to concentrate. She had to spend days creating an environment in which he could relax and learn. Then she had to teach him everything related to the drums and music. This took several weeks. Up until this point, almost everything had been theoretical.

But when it came time to put what he'd learned into practice, Becky realized another problem: Antonio didn't have good hand coordination due to his age. But that didn't stop her at all. She looked for easy notes so he could gradually pick up the practice. As the weeks went by, all of Antonio's classmates had left because they'd already learned, leaving only Antonio alone. When he realized this, he told Becky he didn't want to come to classes anymore because he was a lost cause. She made him understand that no one is a lost cause, and she changed his mind, so he stayed.

The challenge continued, and more than a year had passed, and he was still learning. But thanks to her perseverance, he was already beginning to show signs of improvement. He was 71 years old, but by being active so much each week, his coordination had improved, as had his mind and concentration. So Becky saw this as an opportunity to raise the bar and teach him more. In the following months, Becky had made a new man out of the old man who could barely hold a drumstick. Antonio could play several musical genres, with great coordination.

Becky told him that now he was ready. He thanked her, and as he was leaving, Becky called him with some news. She told him she wasn't going to let him go home and rust. That every week he would play with other seniors in various parts of town. That way, he could stay active and be the drummer he always wanted to be. Antonio couldn't believe it; he was so happy.

A few days later, Antonio had a little performance with other drummers his age. They performed perfectly. Antonio was happy; he was achieving what he had always wanted, and Becky felt fulfilled. Now she waited for the next challenge. And yes, will she teach them or will she change her name?
