The morning felt like a quiet curtain lifting on a gentle stage. An agreeably mild and dry dawn wrapped the air, while the first warm sunbeams painted the path in soft gold. I had set out early for a loop around Mierendorff Island, stepping through intervals of brisk walking and measured pauses. By the water, I matched my breath with the ripples, a moving meditation in motion. The world was mostly mine, with barely another soul in sight. Later, I slipped into the supermarket for a few treats before heading home. And to give you a taste of the morning atmosphere, I've brought you a few impressions of the swan family, whose feathers shimmered in the light like floating clouds.
Der Morgen fühlte sich an wie ein leiser Vorhang, der sich auf einer sanften Bühne hob. Ein angenehm milder und trockener Tagesbeginn lag in der Luft, während die ersten warmen Sonnenstrahlen den Weg in weiches Gold tauchten. Früh war ich zu einer Runde um die Mierendorffinsel aufgebrochen, mit wechselnden Etappen aus flottem Gehen und kurzen Pausen. Am Wasser ließ ich meinen Atem im Rhythmus der Wellen fließen, eine Meditation in Bewegung. Die Welt gehörte fast nur mir, kaum ein anderer Mensch war zu sehen. Später holte ich mir noch ein paar Leckereien im Supermarkt. Und damit ihr auch was von der Morgenstimmung habt, hab ich euch ein paar Impressionen von der Schwanenfamilie mitgebracht, deren Federn im Licht wie treibende Wolken schimmerten.
