The cool morning brought a fresh breeze that seemed like a gentle invitation. I cycled the long loop to Plötzensee, where the world still seemed half asleep. I went interval walking around the lake and found a silent accompaniment to the water in the rhythm of my breath. I discovered a few details: the Schwarzer Graben creak was still and not flowing because of too little water, I did breathing exercises there and meditated a little, a sleeping anthill in the bushes and not-so-dead dead wood that was full of turkeytail mushrooms. After a restful night, I felt stronger and lighter again today, almost as if the air itself was carrying me. I have brought you the atmosphere of the creak with its anthills and mushrooms, the little stories of nature and the feeling that every place holds surprises.
Der kühle Morgen brachte einen frischen Wind, der wie eine leise Einladung wirkte. Ich fuhr mit dem Fahrrad die große Runde zum Plötzensee, wo die Welt noch halb verschlafen wirkte. Um den See herum machte ich Intervall-Walking und fand im Rhythmus des Atems eine stille Begleitung des Wassers. Dabei entdeckte ich ein paar Details: der Schwarze Graben lag still und floss nicht wegen zu wenig Wasser, dort machte ich Atemübungen und meditierte etwas, einen schlafenden Ameisenhaufen in den Büschen und nicht ganz so totes Totholz, das voller Schmetterlingstrameten war. Nach einer erholsamen Nacht fühlte ich mich heute wieder stärker und leichter, fast als ob die Luft selbst mich trug. Mitgebracht habe ich euch die Stimmung vom Bach samt Ameisenhaufen und Pilzen, die kleinen Geschichten der Natur und das Gefühl, dass jeder Ort Überraschungen bereithält.
