The morning felt mild and warm, like a soft blanket wrapped around the city. I wandered along the Luiseninsel path in the palace park, where the bust of the queen still shimmered with quiet pride and the hollow tree stood stuffed with colorful treasures as always. It was not an extraordinary Monday, yet the rhythm of interval walking, the steady breathwork, and the calm meditation by the water gave the day a gentle glow. I brought you the photo of a heron soaking up the sun and the small surprise of a parasol mushroom hidden in the house of the swamp cypress, both simple sights that made the ordinary feel almost magical.
Der Morgen war milde und warm, wie eine sanfte Decke, die sich über die Stadt legte. Ich ging die Luiseninselroute durch den Schlosspark, wo die Büste der Königin still glänzte und der hohle Baum wie immer mt bunten Kleinigkeiten geschmückt war. Es war kein außergewöhnlicher Montag, doch das Intervall-Walking, die ruhigen Atemübungen und die stille Meditation am Wasser gaben dem Tag einen sanften Glanz. Mitgebracht hab ich euch das Bild eines sich sonnenden Reihers und die kleine Überraschung eines Parasolpilzes im Haus der Sumpfzypresse, zwei einfache Momente, die das Alltägliche fast magisch wirken ließen.
