The morning felt like a quiet promise wrapped in golden light. The sun stood strong in a sky so blue it looked painted, and the air carried that rare warmth of about ten degrees, a mild surprise for early November. I didn’t take my morning walk, still caught in the current of work, while the day unfolded into rehearsals and arrivals for the big SAP conference. Robots from China blinked at their demo stands, LED faces reflecting the excitement of the fairground. Between the venue, the halls, and the way back, I walked more than I’d planned. The photo I brought captures that fragile line between autumn and winter, where colors fade but never quite disappear.
Der Morgen fühlte sich an wie ein stilles Versprechen im goldenen Licht. Die Sonne stand fest am wolkenlosen Himmel, und die Luft war mit rund zehn Grad überraschend mild für Anfang November. Ich machte keinen Morningwalk, noch gefangen in Arbeit, während sich der Tag mit Proben und Ankünften für die große SAP-Konferenz entfaltete. Chinesische Roboter blinkten an ihren Demoständen, ihre LED-Gesichter spiegelten die gespannte Energie des Messegeländes. Zwischen Venue, Hallen und Rückweg sammelte ich mehr Schritte als gedacht. Das Foto, das ich mitgebracht habe, fängt diese zarte Grenze zwischen Herbst und Winter gut ein, dort, wo die Farben verblassen, aber nie ganz verschwinden.
