The strongest voices go unheard.The subdued ones vanished.Promises are reused like empty slogans, and those in charge act surprised when people stop believing.Though you can repair the fissures, give new paint, extend an apology, the reality still exists.Pretend it is not broken is not how one fixes a damaged system.It requires bravery, not justifications.
