Hoy les traigo el gameplay de Cronos: The New Dawn! Es un juego de survival horror en el que somos la viajera ND-3576. Nuestra misión es viajar por el tiempo y a través de un mundo postapocalíptico lleno de horrores. Debemos buscar personajes importantes para unirlos al colectivo o “ascenderlos”. Todavía no entiendo del todo bien la parte de ascenderlos, pero básicamente hay que extraerles la esencia. Comenzamos llegando en un aparato de desplazamiento tiempo-espacio (o algo parecido) y debemos encontrar a nuestro predecesor ND-3500 para continuar con la misión del colectivo. Según las conversaciones y decisiones que tomamos, la historia se va desarrollando. En un punto, viajamos a 1950, justo cuando comienza una plaga, y terminamos encerrados… algo muy parecido a lo que vivimos hace poco con cierta enfermedad que todos conocemos 😅. La diferencia es que ocurre en 1950, en una Polonia que todavía formaba parte de la Unión Soviética. En el camino luchamos con nuestra pistola-espada, un arma bastante lenta pero muy poderosa. Este juego es como una combinación de Resident Evil y Dead Space, pero con viajes en el tiempo y monstruos horribles (y difíciles de matar). Más adelante conseguimos una escopeta, que nos ayuda un montón, pero la munición es muy escasa. Apenas podemos encontrar o fabricar de a 5 balas como máximo. Así que hay que ahorrar cada tiro. También conseguimos una especie de ruptura temporal que nos permite viajar en el tiempo para seguir buscando nuestro objetivo. Espero que disfruten del gameplay. Más adelante les traeré la segunda parte del juego. Es bastante entretenido, sobre todo si les gustan títulos como Resident Evil o Dead Space. It’s a survival horror game where we play as traveler ND-3576. Our mission is to travel through time and a post-apocalyptic world filled with horrors. We must track down key characters to either recruit them into the Collective or “ascend” them. I still don’t fully understand what ascending really means, but it basically involves extracting their essence. We first arrive in a time-space displacement device (or something like that) and must locate our predecessor ND-3500 to continue the Collective’s mission. The story unfolds depending on the conversations and choices we make. At one point, we travel to 1950, right when a plague begins, and we end up locked away—something eerily similar to what we all recently went through with a certain illness 😅. The twist is that it’s 1950, in a Poland still under the Soviet Union. Along the way, we fight with our sword-pistol, a slow but powerful weapon. The game feels like a mix between Resident Evil and Dead Space, but with time travel and terrifying monsters that are really hard to kill. Later on, we find a shotgun, which helps a lot, but ammo is very scarce. So far, I’ve only been able to find or craft up to 5 bullets at a time. You really have to save every single shot. We also discover some kind of temporal rift that allows us to time travel further in search of our objective. I hope you enjoy the gameplay! I’ll bring you the next part of the game soon. It’s a very entertaining experience, especially if you like games such as Resident Evil or Dead Space.
